Fixed up the Blat home page

I still have a load more work to do on the Blat home page, but I’ve added some functionality to randomly display a excerpt of a blog posting, along with the blogger’s avatar. If no avatar has been uploaded, a big ugly question mark is displayed 
I’ll find a nicer default avatar soon.
