Blat server hardware upgrade

I’m busy investigating how much it’ll cost to upgrade the processor in the Blat server. When I ordered the server from The Planet, almost two years ago, there was an admin mixup and I got a server with a slower processor than I wanted, but they did give me more RAM.
Anyway, I’m now busy trying to find out how much it’ll cost to upgrade the processor to the processor I originally wanted. If it doesn’t cost too much, hopefully within the next few days, the Blat server will experience a burst of speed 
I’ll keep everyone updated about the upgrade, as it means that the server will be down for a few hours. If the upgrade is an affordable option, I’ll try to schedule the upgrade for early morning SA time, so that it doesn’t interfere too much with our blogging.
